Show Active ringing lines while on phone

Hi

we have one phone at reception, we have 6 lines configured on our sip trunk, we want the ability to see on that phone when another line is ringing if reception is on the phone so she can put the 1st call in shared parking then take the second call

Hello @Steven Tingate

You will need to enable the option "Accept multiple calls" under the extension settings / Forwarding rules to have the extension accept multiple calls. This applies only to direct calls to the extension and not calls that arrive from Ring Groups or Queues. You can also add line keys on the phone (depending on the device) that will blink once a second call arrives.

so if im understanding correctly if i enable allow multiple calls for that extension and have my sip trink ring her directly for incoming calls, that should work ?

she was in a ring group before and all inbound calls were going to the ring group
