Show Calls on all Groups

Hi,

how is it possible to show incomming Calls on Extensions over all Groups.

If they are in different groups you can only enable the Global Rights:


Which will publish presence information to other groups meaning that you can see if an extension is on a call in the People section:




You will still not be able to see any calls in the Panel/Switchboard section though. If that's where you want to see these calls you will have to create a new Group, add all extensions in it and only enable the following rights for all extensions:

Is it possible to hide that Group? otherwise the Extensions will be shown twice

Not really, you should still only see extensions once in the people section.

On the WebApp and Desktop App it is so, but not in the Windwos Client, here the Extensions will be shown twice

If you're referring to the Legacy Windows App then you can actually select which groups you can see info for:




1. Click on Switchboard
2. Click on Settings
3. Select desired Groups
