Show calls to team members not working with v20

Hello

I've recently updated our SIP server from v19 to v20 and updated the web clients as well to the most recent version. However since the update to v20 we cannot see with who a team member is on a call. In the Teams tab it only shows "on a call" instead of the name (if present in the address book) or the caller's number. Before upgrading to v20 it was always displaying the name / number. We have enterprise license (via Partner). Any help would be appreciated.

Found the setting. In Users --> Edit User --> View --> "Operations" has to be checked. In order to be able to check that box, the user's role has to be at least Receptionist or higher. With the role "User" I was not able to check that box.

Hence the issue is solved.
