I recently performed the upgrade to SP4, and it appears we have lost the listing of calls when they come in and hit the inital queue, for anyone not in the queue.
Additionally, if I hit the menu directly I cannot see that a caller is on the menu. Before we used to be able to pick a caller out of the menu for example.
What am I missing here?
Additionally we can no longer grab a call out of voicemail either.
