Show name of the extension when forwarded

Hi

We have 16.0.8.9 enterprise since a couple of weeks.
I am missing the following functionality:

When I call my colleague via windows client and the colleague "alex smith" has it forwarded to an extension which is a ring group "group 1"
1. I would like to see in my windows client that i am currently calling "group 1" because of the forwarding. Instead it seems for me that i am still ringing at alex smith.

2. When someone from group 1 pick ups I would like to see the name of the colleague. Instead it still shows alex smith!
Do you know if this is possible? It does not seem to be possible!?

Hello @tester777,

1. When using the Windows App, the behaviour that you are experiencing is expected. There is no setting to change this currently.

2. If you use the 3CX Web Client, this should update accordingly as you're transferred to the ring group mentioned.
