Show only company name instead of contact name when several people with same number

Not sure if this question was already asked before since can't find in the forum.

In the Phonebooks of the PBXs, it's really often that we have dozens of contacts with the same phone number, which is by design since most of the companies are showing their company number when calling.
So when someone of company XYZ calls, on the phones/apps it shows a random name of someone having that number in the Phonebook (I don't know how it picks, if it's the last created, last alphabetical order... dunno)
So 90% of the time it's "wrong" because the person on the phone could be anyone of company XYZ showing that number.

When several contacts have the same phone number, instead of showing a random name, is it possible to show only XYZ company name as calling?

That wont work... The check is only the number that matches the number of the contact. Why are creating contacts with the same number? As long as you have different contacts with the same number it will be allways a mess.

Because all contacts are behind a PBX showing a single number
That's REALLY common for us

Than just safe one contact with the company name and not a lot of contacts with the same number. The only better way would be a crm for this usecase.

Its the CRM that automatically adds the company number to all contacts, and I don't want to asks users to do manual things on all contacts in the CRM to get over this. In fact I'm not looking for a workaround but for a feature
I just want to know if a feature exists to handle that, like for instance "if several contacts in the phonebook have the same phone number, show only the company name not a random first last name"

No there are no feature like that.
