Showing the photo of the contact in the ip phone

I have seen in the snom documentation http://wiki.snom.com/Category:HowTo:Caller_Picture
that you can offer the contact photo of an entry call using the SIP messages.
Does the 3CX offer those messages?
Is there another IP phone that shows the photo extension in a call?

Please note that you need to use the web client to be able to import and display photos of contacts in 3CX. You can use the web client to control you IP phone if it a supported model.
3CX does not currently support this functionality for IP phones.

My question is if are there any phone that shows these photos receiving or making a call.

You are correct. 3CX does not support this functionality currently. You can create a feature request regarding this in our ideas section of the forum where it can be upvoted by other users and evaluated by the appropriate department.
