SIEMENS GIGASET 460IP

HELP ? cant get the SIEMENS GIGASET 460IP to register with 3cx software or can anyone help or let me know if there is a compatibility issue with these handsets or maybe its settings i have missed.

Do you get any messages in the 3CX status log? Usually you will see registration attempts in there with some kind of reasoning why it's not registering properly.

If you can post the status logs we can help you out a little more.

Hi iainaa!

I have two C460IP and 1one S460IP on my system and have no problem.
So check you set up on the 460IP in the webadmin for the phone its easier - is i a "C" or "S" version of the 460IP you have.
