On my CallCentric truck, I use the 1777xxxxxxx account number which sorta makes sense to me.

On my Flowroute truck, I just used one of my DIDs and it seems to work fine.

What is the significance of the "Main Trunk No" ?

Is there a best practice?

Hi @coreybrett81

3CX has a function we call "catch all" which essentially means that if an inbound call matches your trunk but does not match a DID it will be routed to the main trunk number destination. We also have options in the outbound rules that can tell the PBX to always send the main trunk number to a specific SIP header (some providers need that). So depending on your provider and your configuration it might be very useful or not useful at all.
Generally you can use one of your DIDs as your main trunk number if your provider does not specify a main trunk number.
