silent in phone ???

when some one try call me, he didn't heir "bip" in phone, his phone is deaf. where is the problem?

Perhaps you should elaborate on that a little .

Party A = you
Party B = some one

Party A calls Party B it works ok ? You can have a dialogue.

Party B calls Party A, party A can hear Party B but Party B cannot hear Party A? You can only have a one way conversation (the typical Mother In Law typy conversation, you can hear everything but cannot get a word in )

Few things can be wrong really, this scenario seems to pop up when NAT is involved and Firewalls. I had the same issue.

Few things to look at:
RTC
Codecs

But provide some more info on direction of call and call initiator (eg Party A ---> Party B etc).
