Hi all

is there a way to get a report that would show me a time where the SC count was the highest?

Or could I put the idea forward of a license report to show max SC calls per day/week/month?

That'd be great if i was trying to sell a bigger license but im trying to win a customer by selling them a smaller one.

what is the licence you are in challenge? perhaps price between licence is small than selling them a smaller one is not producing massive effect

Thats the question I want to ask - What license do they really need? Hence me wanting to see if it was possible to get a previous forecast report of some kind.

SimCall reports has been in the ideas section for a very long time... If you are able to collect CDRs then the alternative way is to analyse these to obtain simultaneous call charts, for example like this:

it's always more comfortable to have something little bit taller than what you need, almost no complaint about 3CX blocking them.
