What does 3CX consider to be a "call" for the purpose of their pricing structure?

Do they only count calls outside the PBX? Or do calls within the PBX count against your calls included in your package?

So, if (at the same time) 0000 calls 1111 and 2222 calls 3333 is that considered 4 simultaneous calls? Or is it only calls outside the PBX?

calls between extensions are considered one call and anything inbound or outbound from / to external number is one call.

if you install a free / trial version you'll see this in the dashboard under number of calls in use.

your scenario is only 2 calls.

Hello @oguruma

Please note that both external and internal calls count towards the licence. As @Shawn mentioned your scenario will be counted as 2 SC.

Queue calls count as 2SC until the call is answered, once answered the call count will go down to 1. This is because the Queue manager answers the call so the call is established. Then is uses another call to poll the agents. Once the call is connected to an agent the call is released from the queue and the call count goes down to 1. The number of agents in the Queue do not matter.

Ring groups only use 1 SC per call. Again the number of agents does not matter.
