Hi there...last year we took our call center away from 3cx because of the license limitation that the simultaneous calls were also restricted to local PBX calls besides trunk calls.

Is this still the same, if so it is still a show-stopper for us.

Please advise.

Thanks leon

Yup, still the same. Any call counts against the SC limit except emergency calls. For those, when the limit is reached, they can still go through if configured in PBX Settings.

Still better than per-extension pricing.

Thanks @Frederick Marcoux for the quick response. Well that's a show stopper. There was another reason we moved away but can't remember it right now but the SC is a big issue for us.

Most systems have a limit of SC supported, whatever the system. Sometimes it's license, sometimes it's hardware resources.

I don't think 3CX is bad for the SC thing. If anything, it's better than most systems I've seen.

The cost of 3CX compared to other PBX licencing is significantly cheaper, this should allow you to buy the same amount of SC and still save money.
