Simultanious Calls?

Trying to decide what version to purchase.

The 3CXPSPRO Professional Edition 16SC says it will handle 16 simultanious calls.
Does that mean 16 external calls plus intercom calls or is that internal and external max at 16?

16 SC = 16 talk paths whether internal or external.

ext -> external phone = 1 call
ext -> ext = 1 call
ext -> 4 exts for intercom = 4 calls.

Sometimes momentarily there are more than you would expect because of how things work.

Thats how it works--I'm just the messenger. ;-)

1. inbound call from external link
2. the call explicitly initiated by "extension" (live person)

No exceptions since v7.1

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Incorrect. it is only one call

So, does that mean if I have the Small Business 8 call license - and I have 10 extensions - and I do a "page" to a group of all extensions .... the page doesn't succeed?
