Hi ,
on aPbx I just migrated from V18 to V20 I encounter a call flow problem an need an advice if what i need to do seems good.
on the same pbx the customer manage 2 hotels buildings, total extenesions is more than 60 . They have 2 trunk SIP and in
V18 call flow was:
Trunk-B1 ---> OH goes to IVR 803
---> OOH goes to IVR 802
Trunk B2 --> OH goes to IVR 803 (same as Trunk B1)
---> OOH goes to IVR 807
After migration V20 Trunks settings doesn't offer OOH destination, so now I have a common IVR803 for OH and there i can set OOH for only one destination IVR802 or IVR807.
But this is not what customer needs,like before he needs to get 2 differents OOH destinations. So my thought is to duplicate IVR 803 in a new number like IVR804 to get the way to set another OOH destination.
Do you think this is the way to go ? am 'i right doing this to solve that change between V18 and V20?
