Hi,
I finally updated our systems to the last stable version (16.0.9) on our win. server (local install, pro licence).
Since then, I can no longer access the web ui of our snom phones (mostly 305/725 series, latest 3cx firmware and template).
Even from 3cx server itself, I can ping the phone, but cannot bring up the phone webui, neither from 3cx or from calling it directly from a webserver.
And based on the result of the wireshark trace, I don't even believe the phone is listening to 443 or 80 (RST ACK).
My main issue is that CTI is no longer working between the 3cx clients and the phone (the 3cx client does send the payload, but again, RST ACK), and we are using it in our customer support for customers callbacks through our ERP.
I tried a brand new snom phone, and it does respond, but once I provision it and 3cx updates it, It's dead JIM.
I assume 3cx just changed the http/https port, but I've looked at the template, no http_port or https_port in the xml. So, probably on the firmware ?
Is there a setting I missed somewhere ? While I could understand the decision to change the port for security. It should still work from the 3cx phones page, and CTI should still work as well.
