Hello,

I update a few days ago to v18 and all seems to work fine.

Today I noticed that some phone were offline.

While they don't show up in the list anymore I had use a network scanner to find it back to get onto it's GUI.

There all the info is still valid.

When I looked at the phone/user I noticed that the Fanvil 3XS or 3XSG setting is gone from the dropdown and it default to a Fanvil H2S instead but without a mac address.

Since I couldn't add a 3XSG with my mac address and tried removing the H2S and adding the X3SG again an then it worked fined.

But my phone still doesn't connect and just times out.

The event log is also full of these warnings

Provisioning file /provisioning/nqx0rb7wrkz9a/0C383E2C4A7A.cfg requested by 192.168.20.197 could not be generated

Any idea what's going on here?

The phones connect again.

For some reason they have to be forced on that site to TCP instead of UDP and I forgot about that.

But the problem mentioned above prevents me from updating for example the outgoing number as I need to enter a mac address for that H2S thing.

It works when I delete that device tho but this is a SNOM M25 phone that connects via a M300 so it doesn't pull in a 3CX firmware.

Not sure what this problem will give with the fanvil phone unless they just stick to the current firmware.
