Since ver 15.5 upgrade web meeting not working

cant setup web meetings nor use the chat option since 15.5 upgrade it jus dose not appear on the 3cx Clint for windows, ports are configured correctly and i have already tried uninstall and reinstall reload from back up

Have you tried re-provisioning the clients since the upgrade?

Also check you Windows environment for:

* .NET framework
* Windows and 3CX client updates.
* Windows firewall

Looks like presence is not working that is why you are not getting the option to start a webmeeting. Is the client local or remote to the PBX?
