SIP Alphatech-Fermax v2 doorbell video in Windows Client

Hi

We are using a SIP Alphatech-Fermax v2 doorbell and everything works fine except that we can't seem to have video working in the 3cx Windows Client. It is fine with the web client but lots of users are rather sticking to the app.

Is there any trick to have it working there too (in video mode) ?

No, the Windows client and mobile apps only supports VP8 for video. The Webclient is the only one to support H264.
