SIP CallOut to webEx SIP Url [email protected]

Hello!

In our environment every Meeting Room with a Cisco WebEx Room Kit has his own SIP Call Adresse. But I can not call to this address with my 3CX windows desktop phone. When I add the SIP Adresse in to the dial prompt the @ and all dots will remove when I start the call out and nothing happens.

What I do wrong - Or does 3CX Desktop Phone not support to call sip addresses.

Our clients were designed to work in correlation with the 3CX PBX and not to be able to make direct calls to an external party. As a result, a SIP URI cannot be used as this is exactly what it would entail.
