Could someone please confirm that this is not implemented in 3CX 11. I have been at it for some time but cant find a solution within the product. (It's about displaying original Caller-ID when a call is routed out from the PBX.
For myslef, being a Telco, I can work around it by making a SIP trunk that accepts any Caller ID from the PBX and then put the Originator Caller ID into the Remote Party-ID field. I doubt that this is a workaround that is possible for many as Telcos restrict the Caller IDs to your own numbers. The risk of abuse is obvious.
So.. How ave you done this? Or havn't is it is the case that it is not possible.
