SIP Error 487 Only for outbound Toll Free

This issue began today, all outbound calling worked yesterday. Any outbound call to a toll free number fails while non-toll free numbers operate as expected. There have been no system changes to have caused this issue.

Following is the system info and log from a failed call. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if more information is needed.

Who does the IP address XXXXXX36.35 belong to, please? As they are the ones rejecting the call.

Thank you for the reply. The problem resolved without any changes being made. The only thing I can think is there was an issue with out VOIP provider.
