SIP Error

I have 16 sip extensions and 4 trunk

i cannot use context: from-internal in sip extensions.

when i use queue for got incoming call it will not generate to any of my agent but when i use from-internal-additional and i need to change file in extension-additional.conf in part [from-queue]
change from-internal to from-internal-additional to get incoming call in queue.

i notice that it not running well with this temporary method.

i want to use from-internal as default method in sip context.

i want you all help me to solve this issue.

Hi,

Try to call context file with command: include extension-additional.conf in context from-internal. Let me know what happen.

Hi,

in Extensions.conf file under context [from-internal] type include from_internal, exmaple:

[from-internal]
include extensions_additional.conf
....

OR

to call the context [from-internal-additional] in extensions.conf file, this example:

[from-internal]
include => from-internal-additional
...
...

Enter in Asterisk console : 1. asterisk -rv => dialplan reload and 2. /etc/init.d/asterisk restart

Enter in command line in Elastix pbx and type:

1. asterisk -rv => dialplan reload => press Ctrl+C to exit from console
2. /etc/init.d/asterisk restart

Type on linux console : asterisk "core show help asterisk"

And check whether it was started asterisk service, type

/etc/init.d/asterisk status, if not
/etc/init.d/asterisk start

Enter in linux console, if elastix pc are in your room or office just enter in him or connect over ssh like this:

ssh root@ip_address -p 22
password:....
