Solved SIP ID Not Working After Upgrade

I have upgraded a few instances to V16 and I have noticed that SIP ID has stopped working. We use this to dial 0 for reception, the call just says not found. Does anybody know a fix for this?

In my case this was because the Network Settings -> FQDN -> Allow calls from/to external SIP URIs was not checked.

I'm on v15.5 with that unchecked and SIP ID works fine. My server is on the same subnet as the handsets.

Mark is correct. For version 16, you have to enable this. Its a known issue.

It is a corrected issue that SIP-ID was working in v15.X even URI dialing was not enabled...
