Hi Guys,

Can you please help me to answer this form.
I'm applying for SIP TRUNK provider here in the Philippines and they give me this form.

SIP INVITE Message??

Thanks

Hello @Andrew Aguilar

You seem to be missing the link for the form. In general the SIP Invite message is the message used by the PBX or the provider to initiate a call by sending the required information to the receiving end.
I am not aware of any supported provider that requires this info so i would recommend using a supported provider from our supported providers list.

HI YiannisH,

Since you are from the 3cx, can you tell us what SIP Invite Message of 3cx?

Thanks

The Invite message going from 3CX to the provider depends on the outbound parameters of the SIP trunk where you can choose what is send to the provider and in what format. Each provider requires different information sent to them so it is not as straight forward.
For supported providers these settings are pre-configured in the templates included in the management console.

SIP INVITE explained in more detail:

As @YiannisH_3CX has said already they probably want to know about the outbound parameters are and what methods are supported.

I would agree that where preferable you should go for a supported provided (although there are none supported in the Philippines to my knowledge) so you should at least go for a provided who is SIP Connect certified.

What this means is that the providers trunks have been tested and comply with the recommendations they have set that a SIP trunk should support:
