SIP port 8891

How we can setup so all the external extentions register on SIP port 8891.

Under the network settings you can define the SIP port. Since there is only one setting I suspect that it will change for all sets, internal and external.
Your router may allow you to Port Forward, taking the incoming port 8891 and sending it to port 5060 at the IP of your 3CX PC.

If you router supports it, you set 8891 to translate to 5060, and have external connection come in on that port.
