Hi everyone,
Hope you're all well,
Hopefully someone has run into this before, I've got a customer who is looking to integrate between 3cx and OpenCRM. According to the OpenCRM website it's just a couple tick boxes and pasting a URL which I've done but I'm hitting an issue because within OpenCRM, it uses the "SIP:" protocol to initiate the call but this makes Windows ask which app to use to open the link and 3CX doesn't appear as a selectable option? I think this is because 3cx desktop app is an App (from Microsoft Store) rather than an installed program and the PWA is basically a fancy website and not installed,
Does anyone have any insights please?
Thanks in advance,
Matt
