SIP Provider Recommendations

We have several instances of 3CX running on local machines. (on-premise) at several locations. We really like the 3CX system. We have always used Broadvoice for our simple SIP trunking and have been very please with them. But now I try to setup a hosted instance at 3CX and I find that Broadvoice is not an approved vender for 3CX hosted.

Just wondering if anyone has comments about cost and support for the various SIP trunk providers that are approved for 3CX hosted. This is for simple a SIP trunk with DID's

Any thoughts will be appreciated

I would go Telnyx. Cheap, easy and reliable, and also supported on Hosted 3CX.

Cheap? It is a flat rate min or is everything based on per/min. Broadvoice is 5000 min per/month flat rate for one SIP trunk. Then they charge per min over that.

Broadvoice is about $10/month per call path. Do you k now what the cost is for Telnyx?

Telnyx is by the minute, but 5000 min will still be cheap. It's unlimited call paths. DIDs are a buck or so. You can also have inbound channels for 12$/month/channel. Those are unlimited but only for inbound.

I am setting up my account at Telnyx. Before I make a mistake, the account setup is asking for "Organization Name". Is this the name of "My" company or the name of one of the companies I would like for them to host SIP trunks for?
