I am using the 3CX v9 SP1 free version. I would like to be able to call people from outlook 2010 64bit. So far the only application I can find (free/open source) is SIP TAPI. It looks great however I have some major issues with not being able to make it work.
I have a cisco 7940 phone (at ip 192.18.1.20), and have 2 lines (extensions 11 and 12). I installed the sip tap 64 bit and did the registry tweak. I have it setup just like this image
I have SIP domain as 192.168.1.2 and user as 12. The 3Cx is installed on the 192.168.1.2 ip machine. My outlook runs on a machine with 192.168.1.3 IP.
Whenever I try to call someone from outlook I get this error log;

To me it sounds like I am trying to call 12 from 12 and it gives busy signal. Am I missing something here?
If I use the users extension option as 11 at SIP TAPI dialog, than I get this error;
