Hello everyone,
We are encountering an issue where incoming phone calls will drop after 32 seconds exactly. Outbound phone calls do not have any issues.
When a call drops we get this message in the activity log :05/09/2023 10:13:41 AM - [CM503021]: Call(C:1): ACK is not received from sip:phone number@IP address
This problem can be fixed temporarily by rebooting the router, but it usually starts doing it again after about a day. When the issue started we had a Ubiquiti Edge router on site as the firewall. We thought replacing the Edge router would fix the problem so we replaced it with a Ubiquiti Dream Router. It ran without any issues for about three weeks then calls started dropping at 32 seconds again. Our SIP Provider is called Nextlink and they say everything is good on their end.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
thanks!
