Hi,
We had a situation yesterday with a customers 3CX system where the Allow Inbound and Allow Outbound calls on the SIP trunk under options had been deselected and therefore prevented them from making or receiving calls.
I am the only person that had been working on the system but had not been into the SIP trunk settings, I was checking a queue and some extensions.
Is there a way the customer could have disabled these with a dial code, I thought I had seen once that there is a code you can dial in an emergency to block all calls, I could be wrong?
Does anyone have any ideas how this could have happened?
Thanks
