Solved SIP Trunk Between 3CX v20 and Zultys IP PBX

Hi,

I opened a ticket with support and they suggested I post my question in the forum because peer-to-peer SIP trunks are not supported to 3rd party PBX systems.

However, we have a client wan't to migrate to 3CX, but it all depends on how well the POC (proof of concept) goes. For the POC and the initial stages of the migration, we need 3CX to route calls to Zultys IP PBX over an peer to peer SIP trunk so users can dial by extension.

I can easily set up the trunk on the Zutlys side, but on the 3CX side, I'm not sure how to configure the trunk. The add SIP trunk options seem to only be for connecting to VoIP carriers, add Bridge is for 3CX to 3CX SIP trunks, and add Gateway is for analog PBX integration.

Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?

The option for Generic SIP Trunks is under each countries supported providers



You would need to have the 3CX connecting to your other PBX or vice versa.
