Sip trunk configuration format

Hello,

i have being able to set sip trunks to work for clients but i started noticing that a particular sip trunk from a provider keeps disconnecting and i have being informed that i needed to format my sip request as [email protected] instead of [email protected] made some changes and this keeps reoccuring as [email protected] and keeps disconnecting the sip trunk is there a setting on management console for this.

Sipline being your number?

You need to be in the outbound parameters of your SIP trunk.

I believe it's this setting (could be wrong)

i did that and also updated the request uri but still showing this as [email protected] and still disconnecting

is there a way to get [email protected] when trunk is registering on the pbx tried different configuration i keep getting [email protected].
