SIP TRUNK DE-REGISTERS AND COMES UP AGAIN AFTER EXACTLY 5 Minutes

Hello,
I have a 4SC 3CX Pro edition. The SIP trunk keeps on de-registering and registers again after exactly 5 minutes. The issue has been occuring severally and frequently for some time. The 3CX is version 20. From the logs on 3CX Log reader I see that after failing when it tries re-registering it gets the error 403 Forbidden. Note that any time it deregisters it comes up after exactly 5 minutes. What could be causing this to happen? What is the remedy?

If it's not a networking issue where the Phonesystem can contact the provider, did you try to see from the provider end what the issue there and what the cause is?

It's not a networking issue. I will contact the provider to know the cause.
