SIP Trunk + DID

Hello all,

I have Sip trunk with 50 numbers assigned to my short number and im get already another new short number

my question is how to assigne 30 numbers for the 1st short number and the rest 20 number for the another new short number

I dont understand, whats a short number? AFAIK thats for SMS. How is your call handling set up currently?

I have 2 hotline with 19XXX and 16XXX and need to assign 30 session on 3CX to 19XXX and 20 Session or calls to 16XXX

To clarify: the 3CX is not connected to the public telephone network but to an SBC or behind another telephone system?

If the other short numbers mean the DID: simply enter the new DID in the SIP trunk and assign it to the 3CX destinations.

Yes, This is what i mean assigne group of DID to hotline and assign another group of DID to the another hotline.

as i have only DID numbers including 50 DID and 2 hotlines in same time and need to separated them

Define new DIDs that can be recognized separately based on the rules and numbers and assign them to the targets.
