SIP trunk Down

Hello All

We are using Dinstar as GSM gateway it was working all well for so many month. Now post updating to V20 all the trunk are keep on changing from register to unregistered. But on dinstar all the SIP account use are continuously showing registered.



But same is not showing registered in 3cx



I try capturing packet by restarting SIP services. But unable to get any thing.

Everything is in Local LAN so no point of firewall. Even my 3cx firewall status us OK

What's wrong ? Same issue is happening with Patton Gateway.

Can please some one help.

My Patton Device was faulty. And for Dinstar I used DID for each port and it work.

Dear Team,

I have a 3CX system with a Dinstar UC2000-VG device. After updating 3CX to V20.0.4.487, the SIP Trunk disconnects suddenly and then reconnects automatically after some time.

Additionally, I have noticed that while incoming calls are received, attempting to make an outgoing call results in a "not found" error.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
