3CX v16.0.1.273 Linux onsite.
Grandstream GXW410x FXO gateway
The GXW is setup as a SIP trunk and is working with no problems.
SIP Trunk - Route calls to -
Main Trunk No: 1112223333
During office hours: Extension 7000
Outside office hours: Extension 7001
Inbound Rule
DID: 1112223333
During office hours: Extension 8000
Outside office hours: Extension 8001
Now my question.
Does the Inbound Rule routing (to 800x) always override the SIP trunk routing (to 700x)?
If not always, what event(s) would cause call to route to 700x?
Thank you,
