Sip trunk ims.imscore.net Ip

Hello,

I'm struggling to get a sip trunk to work
My 3cx (latest version) is hosted bij 3CX an therefore using 3cx ip adres.

The resolving proxy is ims.imscore.net but it seems that ims.imscore.net does not allowed resulving from the ip adres from 3cx only from
the ip adres provided by the internet router (if 3cx was behind the firewall on premises it was no problem)
Can i use in the SIP trun-->options --> Select which IP to use in 'Contact' (SIP) and 'Connection'(SDP) fields
to "fake" the ip adres from?

Hi @ErikIct

1. In your case the PBX will try to resolve the "voip1-ext.kpn.net" address in the proxy value
2. The option " Select which IP to use in 'Contact' (SIP) and 'Connection'(SDP) fields" will populate the mentioned filed in the SIP invite. The source IP the provider will see however cannot be changed so I don't think that is an option for you.

Since this is an IP based trunk can you not contact them and have them allow your new IP Address? Also for hosted by 3CX systems we always recommend registration based providers. You can find our supported providers list here.
