SIP Trunk Issue

Hello All,
Looking for a solution we recently purchase the sip trunk locally from our ISP and their request and procedures make me frustrated totally the trunk is not getting up at all.
I need to change some headers fields into ISP format which are given below. Anyone can guide how to change?

Contact > [email protected]
VIA SIP Header into SIP URI not Public IP need this format > [email protected]
To > [email protected]
From > [email protected]

Those look like standard settings. You basically need to add all your numbers in E164 and call numbers in E164 format.
I would recommend however to use a Preferred/Supported provider from this list to avoid all the guessing and troubleshooting on your own.

I am not guessing anything here I am just sharing the issue that I got and our ISP what they are expecting from our side to get the trunk UP and Running, I am sharing the logs please check.

I want to set this setting in this order VIA SIP/2.0/ [email protected]:5060;

if you notice in the logs there is a domain name plus sip URI plus %40 what is this?

Thank You Leejor so much my doubt got clear! I did the correct settings now and their domain name is not getting resolved seems like this could be the issue

is there any other way option to put the Domain name in VIA Public IP in the SIP Header and Contact SIP field instead of IP check the screenshot.

Some fields will only accept an IP. Is this an issue that your provider has brought up? If so, who is the provider? Others may have experience with them.

Yes, My provider is asking for the Domain names not IP. in To and From Sip header field i can see Domain names but Provider only want to see Domain names in Contact field and Via Header field is this possible?

The Provider is STC in Saudi Arabia

No I am afraid this is not possible. The VIA header in particular is always an IP address.

Thank You for clearing my Doubt one more Question "Contcat Field" is this to comes with IP only? No Domain can be define here
