SIP-trunk Lifecell doesn't register

Hi
I can't make to register trunk

Because I have only Kyivstar in menu

I get info from chat on 3CX to use Kyivstar like template.
I use it but any attempt to registration. I have even capture dump and my SIP-provider could not see any data transfer from public ip my 3CX online instance.
