You are trying to route to that number, or route that trunk to a 3CX extension?

to that number,

If I understand correctly, you are trying to call that number?
If so...
What you might try, and this worked when calling an alpha-numeric Skype number when you could still use the 3CX Skype gateway.... create an outbound rule, such as 101 (something that does not conflict with another local, PBX number), strip all of the digits, add your desired number, and set the route.
This is used when creating "speed dial" numbers. Of course, if you have a lot of these numbers, it will be time consuming creating all of the rules.
