SIP trunk options

Hello Every1,

Help please !!! suggestions!!!!
Is there any TFN provider that I can use with 3cx who provides unlimited incoming minutes ? I know few of them in the market as Unitel, Grasshopper and Mighty call but they dont give SIP trunking service.
I run a call center and hence the requirements of minutes is really high. Any hints will be highly appreciated..

If you are going to choose a supported provider, which you would be strongly advised to consider, the list is not that long that it would be an arduous task to check out their websites.

Many, may not even be available in your region, narrowing the selection.

A quick Google search came up with this supported provider...

Of course, you are going to pay for DID numbers and for each channel.

Thanks for your response, I checked but none of them offer any less than 0.019 cents per incoming minute on toll free. That is why I wanted to see if any of the vendors which some 1 might have used in the community

I seriously doubt that you will find no cost Toll Free incoming, as the originator does not pay the cost of the call, the terminating party does. You didn't initially mention that that was what you were specifically looking for.

It wasn't no cost TFN that I was looking for but rather a provider who have approximate 40k+ minutes package for a pre decided price.

Try Siptrunk.com, they have that option in some of their bundle plans. They are also 3CX Approved.

Thanks for the hint but they are expensive, their price is high like some 0.05 per minute.

That is for outbound minutes only on some plans, inbound is included free on those packages, call them and ask

It is free only for standard number not for toll free.

Someone has to pay the cost of routing/transporting the call, small as it may be. If it is not the originator, in the case of toll free calls, then it has to be the terminator. You will pay for each call as if you originated it.

While they are not a "supported" provider, we've been using voipinnovations for the last several years without an issue. Our base price on inbound calls is $0.01500 which sounds like it might be up your alley.
