Hi, i'm trying to setup a sip trunk with my ISP, the problem is that 3cx the first time send the register without the user/pass information and without the proxy auth. Is there a way to force 3cx to send immediately all the information? my ISP doesn't reply if i don't send the proxy auth.

This is the same sort of scenario I had last week with a customer trying to setup a CUCM with one of our SIP trunks, their "proxy/SBC" was rejecting the INVITE's and since the message was not actually reaching the local network, you may have difficulties getting anything from the provider.

It should really be down to the provider to tell you what settings are required, Wireshark it and send them over, but ensure you capture the INVITE being rejected from their public IP. Are they 3CX supported or not ?

Please note that 3CX has to be challenged to send the authentication credentials. The first Register message will never have the authentication credentials included. I would recommend using a supported provider to avoid these type of issues. https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/
