SIP trunks offline after upgrade from 15 to 16

Hi, is there anything I should do to make the SIP online after the update from 15 to 16 ? I´ve made a clean instalation, restored backup and everything seem to be ok, ,but the SiP trunk (that are local gateways) are all off.

So if gateways they are not sip trunks, can you provide more infos , about what kind of GW , brand and model? are they 3CX supported?

They were working fine before the V16 update. They can´t register anymore. The clients show a message saying "waiting for network" also, the firewall and router are thte same. I suppose this is a connection problem, like ssl related or something, but I´m lost here.

Send models of gateways that you are using. Also reboot the gateways and check that 3CX doesn’t have their ip blacklisted.

I´m sorry ... the problem was solved. V15 instalattion was not usinng default ports, and the backup didn´t restore them (as I thought it was). Thank you
