SIP trunks showing odd register dates

Hello,

Please see screenshot below. The times/dates on the SIP Trunks screen do not match the server 3cx is installed on. How do I fix this? The server's regional settings are all set to UK.

Also, the call log for instance does not show dates in UK format (dd/mm/yyyy) and is showing in US format (mm/dd/yyyy).
