Hello,
I have configured a Debian installation on premises.
The phone center will be working perfectly for a few minutes, no forbidden calls, outgoing calls, inbound calls, transfers etc. Maybe even for a few hours.
Randomly, we will get a call from the costumer that their 3CX is no longer accepting calls or cannot do any outbound calls to anyone with the message Forbidden.
If we restart SIP Trunk services, it's working perfectly again. We've been keeping a close-eye on this for the past few days and now we're on their premises trying to figure out what makes it so unstable with no luck.
SIP Trunks work perfectly on all of our clients the same exact way as they are on this one, however, there is a confusion as to how or what is causing this restriction.
Could you help us out?
