Hello,
I want to forward a call from a different software to 3CX. I want the sip url of my 3cx extension. How can I get it?

Configure the SIP ID of the user you want.

Configure also in Settings > Network, "Allow calls from/to SIP URLs" and put your FQDN in the textbox.

Are you using the main Admin user? It should show "A" in the top-right.

That's V18, Alpha version. Not V16 official.

First, downgrade ASAP. You are not supported right now.

Second, looks like you spun up a Hosted on 3CX, in which case, many features and settings are locked.

Well, it's tricky now that you upgraded.

You cannot restore a V18 backup to V16. And you cannot reinstall V16 using the same license as it was also upgraded. You'll need to get the 3CX Support to downgrade it for you. Otherwise you can spin up a new free key since that's already what you're using.

In the meantime, since you are on Hosted, the SIP URI settings won't be available to you.
