Sipgate - Call forward caller ID settings

Hi

Has anyone got the right configuration to set up Sipgate UK so forwarded calls will display the originators called ID?

As per Sipgate customer service:

sipgate trunking does support the option clip-no-screening, which means that the initial number/caller id will be forwarded to an external number or device.

I am not sure how to configure this with a 3CX, but usually it should be possible with this PBX.

Any advice would be immensely appreciated.

There are plenty of UK supported providers who can do this and their template is already configured to do so. Look for Clip No Screening support.

Hi. Thanks for your advice. I've just tried them all. I have noticed some slight iterations between them, but none seem to work for Sipgate.

What i meant was you could switch to a supported provider, not use their templates for Sipgate. Each provider is different and requires its own template
