Sipgate.co.uk - Can't place outgoing calls

I am using 3CX with Sipgate.co.uk and I can receive calls just fine but on outgoing calls my Polycom deskphone will give a busy signal and I get an email from 3cx with the error *ip address here* replied: 404 Not found (no match); from IP:*ip address here*

Hi @towserthewolf

If the IP ending the 404 is Sipgate's IP then you should probably contact them and ask why they are sending this message.
And although Sipgate is not a supported provider for the UK we do support it for DE so check the template for that and try the settings included there.

it used to work just fine, it works on other sip apps

So, what changed about the time it stopped working?

Have you checked the 3CX Activity Log, to see what is being sent to the provider, and to what IP/URL?

You say it works on other SIP Apps, do you mean other devices, that are 3CX extensions?

STUN errors seem to be there

Cause: 404 Not found (no match)/INVITE from*ip and port*

If the ip and port, that you have concealed are that of your provider, then the 404 is being returned by them. That means that they cannot route the number you have sent, or there is some other issue, possibly caller ID, or a trunk setting. You might want to speak to them.
