Sipgate Trunk, incomign calls doesn´t work!

Hey together,

Im absolutly Newbie in 3CX.

Many threads helping me in the German Board.


But now i have a Problem:

Im finish with outgoing Connections,but when iam Call the Number from SIPGATE ( My Number).
It is occupied.


Iam using Windows7 , because before i took it on a Windows Server i want to test it.

For Sipgate I just use in settings server or hostname= sipgate.co.uk Leave outbound proxy blank. This means that you need to tell it the WAN IP address on the advanced TAB. You could use STUN, but I find static IP much more stable. Obviously you need a static IP from your ISP.
